Open concept cottage directly on a lake. Wonderful living room with lots of space for viewing the lake. Fully furnished. One bedroom on main floor, second bedroom in the loft. One bathroom (shower only). New kitchen with lots of cabinets for storage. Dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave and fridge. There is no washer or dryer. This cottage is on a driveway that may not be driven on once the temperatures drop below freezing. The renter(s) must walk up/down the hill during these months, at your own risk. During the mild months however, there is plenty of parking right at your back door. Great lake for swimming, kayaking and fishing! This is an 8-month rental, roughly 9/27/26 to 5/21/27. Renter pays gas, electric, garbage/recycling, wi-fi. Landlord pays water, sewer, and snow removal. No smoking. Section 8 is not accepted. We prefer no pets but might consider a small non-shedding dog.
