Think of it as great exercise. The home has a washer and dryer. This is an 8-month rental 9/27/26 through 5/20/27. Gas, septic, water, and snow removal is paid for by the landlord. Electric, garbage/recycling and wifi is paid for by the renter. Note - the home is heated by natural gas and has a gas dryer and oven so the electric usage is usually minimal.
