In the backyard, there is a detached laundry room with an additional storage room and/or workshop. The basement provides more secure storage as well. Off the street driveway parking is provided. This house is ideally located by the heart of downtown Madera, and is in close proximity to all of Madera's shopping and eateries, for ultra convenience. Sorry, no hablo espanol! There is a maximum amount of people allowed at this rental. The owner pays water and garbage. There are absolutely NO dogs allowed. Cats are OK. This is a month-to-month rental. Tenant is responsible for yard upkeep/appearance. There is no sub letting or sub renting of any part of the property. **The rent must be paid on the 1st of every month. The rent is considered "late" after the 5th of the month. A non-payment, or incomplete payment after the 5th, will result in an eviction. There are NO exceptions. Lastly,there is a "Pay the Rent - Or Leave" contract in lieu of a background check or references, that will be instated, and in place during your tenancy.
