Our back studio is amazing it has everything you need. It comes with a stove, small dining table for 2, refrigerator, and even some kitchen utensils. It has one gated parking space with your own entrance to the studio. It has its own small yard where can enjoy BBQ's in the summer and will have access to the pool. All utility bills included (Water, Trash, Electricity, and Gas) No smoking allowed inside the studio. No pets allowed. Keep the yard maintained. Only suitable for up to two people max.
