There is plenty of space for a whole band to rehearse, practice sets, or write. Set up your gear and leave it for the duration of your stay! The Privacy Setup: No Other Tenants: You are the only person living in the house. One upstairs bedroom is locked for owner storage. Owner Access: I do not live on-site. The downstairs houses my workshop and hobby area. I am only in and out occasionally to work on projects, practice fiddle, or use the upstairs computer.
