Up for rent is a big and beautiful basement unit for rent. There is about 1000 sq ft space. For 1 person only. Total rent due would be $950. Utilities include gas, water, electric, and tv/internet (amazon prime and Netflix) . The unit livable space includes a very large, 16 x 20 bedroom, with about a 16 x 16 space for a living space (space for a couch and tv and small table) and a hallway that leads to both. Lease would be for 1 year. You will have access to your own private bathroom. The access to the basement is on the main floor so no separate entrance/exit. It is well kept and comes unfurnished. We have a security system to make sure our house is safe. There is a large storage space in the basement that can be utilized if you have extra items you want to put in there (pic not shown, it's a empty unfinished room). You will have access to a large/shared kitchen which is very clean and also has a washer and dryer. Preferred 1 person only, and no pets. Landlords are low key and easy to get along with.
