It's less than a half mile up from the lake, so it's a quick walk into town, or to the lakes swimming area or marina. The neighbors are amazing, and the view of the lake is beautiful. Brand new heat pump w/air conditioning, keyless locks, washer & dryer in laundry room, new composite deck, soaking tub in master bath, security system available, and much more. Owner pays for power, water, sewer, garbage, & internet. These costs are capped at $350/month. This is included in the rent. Anything over that cap is renters responsibility. We will consider one dog, trained and well behaved; we must do a meet and greet with your fur baby, prior to approval. No cats or water filled aquariums. This is a NO smoking or vaping house. Property and yard maintenance, and watering is tenant responsibility (watering through irrigation system only between April-October, owner pays for irrigation rights and subsequent extra water allotments during those months). Lease terms negotiable, but one year lease is preferred. Credit check and fee required.
