    Monthly Furnished Rentals For 30 Nights Or More This newly remodeled Mediterranean-style house behind a gated wall on a walk street, steps from the beach, boasts one of the loveliest tropical gardens in Venice. The perfect balance of beach-retreat serenity and urban bustle. You can walk to fantastic restaurants, the Venice boardwalk and canals, and Abbott Kinney Blvd. Practically outside your door is one of the widest, most popular surfing beaches in Southern California.Half a block away are bike, surfboard, paddleboard, boogie board and wetsuit rentals. Our favorite yoga studio is right across the back alley. You can sail or parasail from the Marina. Walk to fantastic restaurants and nightlife--ask us about our favorites! We're at the end of the pier and the boardwalk, and within steps of pretty much anything you can think of for a fun beach vacation. The primary suite features a luxurious California king bed and a private patio where you can unwind amidst the lush gardencomplete with a romantic claw-foot bathtub. The en suite bathroom, illuminated by a large skylight, boasts dual showerheads and a rain shower for a spa-like experience. At the back of the house, an upstairs suite offers another serene retreat with a queen bed and a cozy sitting area featuring a twin-size daybed. The dining area includes a cushioned L-shaped banquette that flows seamlessly into the well-equipped kitchen and the bright, open living room, centered around a beautifully tiled fireplace. Glass French doors lead to a charming back bedroom with a full-size daybed, perfect for curling up with a book during the day or transforming into a private sanctuary at night with blackout curtains and a soft coverlet. The spacious back bathroom includes a generous glass-enclosed shower, and both bathrooms are outfitted with heated Japanese bidet toilets for ultimate comfort. For those who love the outdoors, an additional hot-water shower in the garden is perfect for rinsing off after the beach or embracing open-air bathing. This home is designed for outdoor living. Lounge on daybeds or gather around the built-in banquette and large Moroccan tile table on the expansive deckan ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind after a day at the beach, or fire up the grill for al fresco dining under the stars. This is the perfect place to relax and make memories with family and friends, but please notewe are not a party house. We welcome respectful travelers who will appreciate and care for this peaceful retreat. While on a quiet walk street, this house is also close to Washington Boulevard restaurants and bars, and the area can be bustling on weekends and holidays. There isn't any available parking at the house, but there is available street parking nearby, but parking can be tight on weekends--we often take Lyft when we don't feel like walking to dinner on Abbot Kinney. Please note that this walk-street home backs onto an urban alley, where occasional early morning truck traffic may be heard. While this has never been an issue for us, we provide sound machines and earplugs in all bedrooms for light sleepers. Additionally, the upstairs twin-size daybed is in a sitting area outside the queen bedroom. This means the person staying in the queen bedroom will need to pass through the sitting area to access the rest of the house. There is no on-site parking, and parking in the alley is only permitted briefly for drop-off or pick-up. However, during busier months, we're happy to provide a parking spot about 0.4 miles awayjust let us know if you'll be bringing a car. The owners do stay here periodically, so please treat the home with care and respect as you would your own.
