The backyard immerses you in a quirky vibe with over-sized in-ground pool, patio & covered patio, lounge & seating areas, outdoor games, TV, fire pit. 2 Queen Bedrooms along with one 2 Twins bedroom with comfortable beds, each with a smart TV, are ready to help you get a good night rest. This property sleeps 6 maximum. Well equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), tile flooring throughout & 2 oversized floor to ceiling tile showers, in home laundry, and room in driveway for 3 cars/free parking. This is a completely turn key property with all towels, bedding, kitchen utensils provided for your use. Just bring your swimsuits, personal needs and food. Available for 1600.00 per week short term rental + taxes + fees and can rent for up to 12months depending on availability. There is no smoking allowed inside property. There are no pets allowed on property unless negotiated otherwise directly between approved renter and property owner, and additional costs will apply if this is approved. Lease durations are at minimum one week and can last up to one year. Renters are required to pay for the gas utility bill, which heats the inground pool, if staying more than 1week. Renters are required to notify the property owner immediately of any property damage to structure, outdoor items, furniture or decorations and further fees may be incurred due to this. Depending on what platform final reservations/rental agreements are processed through there may be renters insurance required and depending on length of stay or platform used there may be a security deposit required.
