Lease Term Short-term: Typically under 30 days (vacation-style stay). Mid-term: 1 6 months (ideal for travel nurses, visiting faculty, remote workers). Include a clear start and end date and whether extensions are allowed. 2. Rent & Payments Base monthly rate: $1,950 Define: o When rent is due (1st of each month) o Late fee policy ($50 after 5 days) o Accepted payment methods (Zelle, direct deposit, cash, check, Venmo, etc.) o Security deposit (one month's rent for mid-term stays over one month) 3.
