The yard is large and fully fenced with great greass and a large planter bed, patio with cover and a garden shed. This is a great family home in the center of Meridian, one of the fastest growing cities in Idaho. It is near schools and Tully park is less than a block away. There is plenty of parking and the garage provides extra storage or a working area. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. The washer and dryer are there to be used, but if they fail or require maintenance it is the responsibility of the tenant to repair/replace them. They will be removed if the tenant wants to provide their own. The lawn upkeep is the responsibility of the tenant, as well as the hedge by the driveway. Sprinkler water is part of the city water service. NOTE: We do not have a good picture of the living room but should have one tomorrow.
