The unit comes with 1 reserved parking spot. Cars will need to be pre-registered. Midblock is one of the few buildings in Miami where AirBnb is allowed. We ask for mutual respect for residents and property. An administration fee of $50.00 per adult guest will be due to enhanced cleaning of the building and its amenities. (Married couples (i.e. husband/wife) or parent/dependent child will be charged for 1 guest at $50 instead of $100.) All admin fees are paid at check-in to the building. Guests will receive two key cards, one for the elevators and one for the garage. For any of the keys lost, there is a $150.00 replacement fee per key.
