A nice downhill walk to the Almonte bus stop. Just a couple of miles from downtown Mill Valley and five minutes drive to 101 or Shoreline Highway for those beautiful weekends on Mt. Tam. Sweet upstairs neighbors. Grand view. Sleeping alcove. No range or oven. Just a hot plate, microwave, and taster oven. Ideal for an securely employed professional person. Who are you? You are able to easily navigate the many uncovered stairs down from the parking deck. You will have one parking space (preferably for a small car). You enjoy interacting with the lovely upstairs neighbors and will be happy to take in their mail and deliveries when they are away. (They will do the same for you.) You will feed the upstairs neighbors' dog when they are away. You will be fair about water and electricity usage. (A portion of your rent goes to shared utilities.) You will keep an eye on the house overall and let me know when things need attention. You will negotiate use of the shared hot tub with the upstairs neighbors so there is mutual privacy and there are no "misunderstandings". You are happy sleeping in a sleeping alcove. You are fine with there being no range or oven for cooking. We provide a toaster oven, microwave, small fridge, and sink. The unit is for ONE PERSON ONLY. NO PETS, sorry. Your attitude contributes to the beauty and peace of this property and its inhabitants. This house was my home for many years till I found the love of my life and got married. There are many happy memories in this house and the wonderful tenants who have raised their family there. We are dedicated to happiness, mutual respect, honesty, and friendship. Upstairs tenants of the main house pay for water, electricity, garbage, and internet. The Studio renter pays $75 per month for their share. It is included in the rent. We expect you to be fair about using utilities. Any excessive use of these utilities may require an immediate renegotiation of payment.
