We have recently purchased a farm, about 15 miles from UGA's Sanford Stadium and 9 miles from the University of North Georgia's Oconee Campus, in Monroe, Ga. We have a 1 bed/1 bath apartment on its own 5 acres available for rent. It has its own private, gated driveway and it's very quiet and peaceful. Water, electricity, lawn and pest control would be included in rent. A new stackable washer/dryer is also included. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the apartment or on the property. Small dogs are allowed, but must be approved and have a pet deposit. Deposit is one month's rent of $1,600. Background and credit check must be submitted through Zillow and sent to owner before signing lease. Thank you! Owner pays for electricity and water. Tenant pays for trash and internet/cable (if needed). Absolutely no smoking allowed inside apartment or anywhere on property by tenant or guests!
