    These fabulous two lots are available for the first time in 18 years! Great lot right in town, ready to build on. No upgrades have been made. Many, many trees! Sellers have thought the best spot to build on our lot was toward the southeast portion, where there is a bit of a clearing on the highest area of the lot with a beautiful view west of Bear Mountain. There would be a beautiful view west from wherever you build on the lot. There is plenty of room for a well and septic, with no nearby wells or septic systems to work around. The lot isn't flat, but it is not too steep to build on. Webster Road will have to be built out, from 4th street south, and a driveway built off of Webster. Could be a dirt road, need County approval. That would require the least road building. Also, with the slope, it would be ideal to come in from below and have a garage (if desired) underneath the house. I think it would be a good spot for solar panels on the roof, too. We went there today to take photographs but there was too much snow to get to the lot. The photographs are from 4th and 5th street, looking at the lot from a distance.
