We have a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for guest use. Two of the downstairs bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open to the lower level of the two story deck overlooking the water!You can swim, paddle board, float, and fish in the canal directly in front of our home. We also have a bulkhead you can park your boat for the duration of your stay. We provide paddle boards, floats, and yard games for your enjoyment!We also have a charcoal grill on the top level of our two story deck overlooking the water! With a table that seats 8 you are set for dinner on the deck as the sun goes down over the lake. In the winter you can enjoy the electric fireplace in the living room, snuggled up with a book or playing a game with the family!When this house was purchased it was still filled with the owners belongings from the 1970s. Many of the pieces and artifacts left in the home have been repurposed in the decor throughout. You will feel the retro modern vibe as soon as you walk in. From the bamboo decor to the original rattan chairs and the neon sign. This place is filled with charm along with all the modern amenities. Complete with a two story deck, overlooking the lake.
