    Freshly painted Bedroom on first floor of a single story home with adjacent bathroom, fully furnished (I have not installed the TV yet but will ASAP) in a single family home in a quiet neighborhood. Owner lives on site and has a German Shepherd so you must love dogs. I will allow you to have a dog although must be house trained and dog friendly both 100%, there will be a pet deposit. Off street driveway parking, full kitchen, living room, laundry use. Smaller backyard that is fenced and has a few grills a table and yard stuff. There is a dog door from the house to the yard. The home is located in The Peninsula at Palmetto Point. No parties please. I prefer a 3 month minimum although I'm flexible.
