Appliances include oven, microwave, fridge, washer and dryer. There's a minisplit heat and ac in the living room. Renter is responsible for gas and electric, though Owner may cover a certain amount of those charges monthly. Absolutely no uncaged pets allowed in the house but for example, having a dog outside is ok. No smoking in the buildings. Rent is due at the start of the month. A refund for any unfinished months will be considered. Renter is responsible for lawn care and snow removal with provided equipment unless agreed otherwise.
