Original part - first floor dining room and kitchen with three small second floor bedrooms was built in 1910. An addition was done sometime in the 1930s that added a first floor large room and another second floor bedroom. The bottom is made of vermiculite light weight concrete. The 80' x 37' barn is in very good condition, there is also a 25' 50' granary that's in fair condition and a small animal shelter structure. There are two 1-1/2 acre partially pastures as part of the 5.33 total acreage. A forest of mature evergreen trees surrounds much of the property with significant coverage to the north of the house.
