Our home is charming, updated, well kept, and in a beautiful and safe area (the best of city and suburbs) just a few minute walk to MBTA train, Crystal Lake, Cold Spring Park trails, restaurants, town center. A few minutes drive to highway, easy access into Boston, easy train ride to hospitals and colleges.
Monthly utilities and cleaning are included. However, if utilities are more than the usual cost during the season, we will ask for additional funds to cover the difference.
There is no smoking of any kind in or on the property. Candles are not allowed in the house. Parties and sleepover are not allowed other than the people renting. No pets are allowed. Tenants are asked to maintain the house, cleaning up after themselves. Let us know if anything has broken or if there is damage from use or weather.
