The yard is astroturfed so no need to worry about lawn maintenance. There's a vegetable garden that could use some serious love, a fire pit, a swing, and a hammock. Off street tandem parking is available and proud to say that we've been pretty good at parking shuffling. Furry friends are welcomed and the pet deposit is $300/pet. Credit check is $35/applicant paid directly to the credit check agency. Lease term is 6 months to begin and month to month after.
