Large bathroom with tub/shower and linen closet. Laundry room with washer/dryer, off street parking and a comfortable sun room to enjoy. Must keep kitchen tidy & clean at all times, sink/counter tops, stove and fridge. You have a beautiful, private bathroom, with tub & shower, all to yourself. Very close to Walgreen's, Publix and close to bus if needed. NO PETS OF ANY KIND I am retired, so hoping to find a full time worker , reference from previous rental and your boss. You are comfortable with a background check. $700/monthly rental and $300 refundable deposit up front, rent DUE on same day each month. Deposit returned at end of stay, if everything is clean, tidy and in good shape. Absolutely no smoking or vaping, must be very quiet and meticulously clean and tidy. This rental is for one adult for a minimum of 6 months. Available after you have passed a professional background check. There are no added charges, $700.00. is all inclusive. Rent paid cash, same day each month/no exceptions. No pets. NO sleep overs. If you are a smoker, this is not for you, I have bad allergies & clothes that smell smoky are a trigger. As specified earlier, this is my home and I will rent the room, as long as you are quiet, clean and respectful. One and only one responsible adult, no exceptions and no pets/animals.
