We have available an upstairs bedroom in our renovated 4 bedroom house in a beautiful, safe and quiet neighborhood in Rancho Del Oro in Oceanside. The house is walking distance to lots of shopping and amenities and 2 blocks from the YMCA, tennis courts and a park. I am the owner, a personal trainer, and I live in the house along with two other working females in their 30s. We have a very chill, drama free environment. Everyone is very clean and tidy, cleans up after themselves and is very respectful of each other's personal space and belongings. The upstairs and unfurnished room we available now is 130 sqft and has french doors, hardwood floors, plantation shutters, built-in shelving, a ceiling fan and lots of natural light. The room shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with another female. The vanity area is separate from the shower and bathroom area so we have never had an issue with two people getting ready at the same time. We are looking for another female for this room as the other tenant who shares this bathroom only feels comfortable with the same. Also, we are looking for someone who works outside of the home as I am already here all day training clients. Please note: This might not be a good fit for a super light sleeper or anyone who works nights as most of us in the house wake up very early, (including the dogs), and I start training clients in the garage at 5:30am every weekday. There is full use of the living room, kitchen and backyard. Rent includes gas, electric, water/sewer/trash, internet. laundry and once a month maid service. There is also a whole home water filtration system and filtered drinking water. There are two small hypoallergenic dogs in the house but no more pets allowed. Please note my dogs are super loving, playful and sweet but also younger and a little rambunctious. If you don't like playful puppies this might not be for you. No smoking, drugs, parties or guests without notice to other roommates. Plenty of street parking available in a very safe neighborhood. The initial lease is only 6 months to make sure it works for all involved. After that, the lease can be extended for 6 months to a year and we prefer someone who plans to stay. $40 application fee, credit report and background check required unless you can provide current copies of both.
