    A mining patent. Remote 15.7 acres of brush, wilderness and old mining pits totally surrounded by Bureau of Land Management. Great for camping, hiking and hunting(if you like). This property is a legal mining patent, but because it is totally surrounded by BLM, a building permit cannot be issued. In other words, you can camp, mine, hike and hunt there, but you will never be able to build a home there. An old mining patent (originally defined as 20 acres) is for sale. The active mine for many years was a white marble mine. Other minerals are there for discovery. The property is not easily reachable. For those familiar with the BLM trails, BC176 to BC177, look for the "leaving BLM" post for start of property. Pictures 10 through 18 are a panoramic series.
