Basement Bedroom #1 $800/month Upstairs Bedroom $790/month (includes an essentially private bathroom that's only occasionally used by guests.) If you want the furnished room i'm including: * Full bed frame with 4 built-in storage drawers (a nice upgrade) * Nightstand * Bookshelf * Desk/table and chair It'll be an additional $50 to the rent on top of the room you choose. The rooms are available starting August 1. Rent includes the HOA fee; utilities are split separately among the tenants. Everyone has access to the shared kitchen, living areas, and laundry.
