It Backs up to wooded walking area with miles and miles of trails. 5 minute walk to swimming pond, 10 minute walk to summer baseball games and public park; playground, courts, track etc. Walk to center of town in 15 minutes. Bus stop & bike trail is 0.2 miles away. Skaket beach (bay) is around 2 miles and Nauset beach (ocean) is about 5 miles. Highway exit is 0.2 miles from apartment for easy commuting and back roads to escape summer traffic. The apartment has a semi-enclosed patio area for some privacy off the backdoor. Hardwood flooring in livingroom and kitchen. Bedrooms are carpeted. Full kitchen has big cabinets with granite countertops & dishwasher. Rent is for a bed in a shared room; (Not a full apartment, Not a private room): $650 a month for a twin sized bed and $690 a month for a full size bed. Each room has 2 of each size bed 4 beds in a bedroom. The apartment is fully furnished and bedding can be made available. No smoking/vaping, no parties, no heavy drinkers. This is ideal for work-oriented, males (only) who likes to come home to relax and enjoys a neat space. All students must participate in weekly routine cleaning to keep the shared space clean and sanitized. Everyone will be rotated to do each cleaning chore on the schedule's weekly chores which will include washing your own bedding once a week. Cleanliness will be checked to ensure completion. Cleaning chores rotation, is done as a consideration of the shared space & tidy up behind your daily usage, out of respect for fellow roommates and to prevent dirt build up & filth.
