Full kitchen privileges, and you can pretty much use the whole house, everyone shares the house equally located in North Oxnard, close to the Collection The house is a 4-bedroom house on Holly Ave with 3 adults. The roommates are all chill/quiet guys with n0 kidz. The room is unfurnished and new roommates get full kitchen privileges and use of all common spaces, everyone shares the house equally. The neighborhood is safe, parking is not a problem. You can park on the driveway or on the street. Military (active or if you served in the past) and Students are VERY welcome. *Military get 30% off their security deposit* The house is managed by an off-site property manager, and she has the following rules: No smoking inside the house, no drugs (this includes w33d), occasional drink is OK Guests are welcome as long as they are not loud and leave by 9 pm (no overnight guests) No pets The room is for ONE person only, no couples Must keep common areas clean after use Must be mindful of noise midweek, no parties are allowed Security deposit is $620 and property management will need to do a background check and a credit check - but its pretty easy, dont let that scare you off. If you're a student, your parent can cosign and do the credit check for you. The property manager is in charge of paying all the utilities.
