All porches are wrapped with massive cedar beams and the ceilings are lined with tongue and groove cypress. The rear porch is plumbed for a future outdoor kitchen, and also has a large area for outdoor furniture. There is a bonus room that remains un-finished above the garages-totaling almost 500 sqft.
