Full kitchen (glass top electric range, full size refrigerator, cabinets), full bath with tub/shower, and separate small private utility room (storage + washer. No dryers permitted). Wood stove. Radiant wall heater in bathroom. Large covered portal entrance leads into a small front room which can be used as a bedroom (will fit a queen bed), storage/sitting area, creative space, etc. Through the next door is the majority of the living space: a wide hall (can fit a modest table and chairs), wood stove, kitchen, slightly raised large den (or bedroom), and bathroom. Kitchen door leads to the small private utility room with washer and storage. Inside the utility room is a door separating the apartment from our private living space. The door has two locks- one on each side- to guarantee privacy. This is not a communal living situation - just the way the house was constructed. AWD recommended. Renter must understand semi rural living. Quick walk from property to Pecos River and modest village amenities. USPS PO Box rental for mail. 15 miles to/from Eldorado (closest grocery). About 22 miles to/from Old Pecos Trail exit. This is a Covid conscious, sober supportive, conservation minded, VERY QUIET, non smoking, low/no scent compound. We value our solitude and yours. Heavy drinkers/partiers are not a good fit. If all of your products (cleaning, laundry, body care, etc.) are synthetically scented, we have to decline. Internet and wood for heating = tenant responsibility.Electricity, water/trash/sewer monthly caps are built into rent.There's one off street parking space for a reasonably sized quiet car.
