It's a quiet, real Gulf Coast neighborhood, under 10 minutes to NAS Pensacola and within a short drive of two beaches. This is a freshly available home with no current roommates, so you'd be one of the first two people moving in. This is a 30-day minimum lease, with terms available up to 6 months. A cleaning fee of $150 per month covers the shared common areas and is split evenly between the two roommates. A $500 security deposit is required before move-in.
