Approximately .88 acres with lots of mature red pine down Perry road in AuTrain offers a delightful spot for a camp or home. The parcel has close to 230' of road side straddling the Perry roadside and the river mouth of the AuTrain is just across the road. The drive on Perry ends to private drives just after this little gem on the left making it a relatively quite road. There's also ORV and snowmobile trail (418) just north towards M28 to enjoy a little scenic cruising. Nice area to appreciate the U.P. for peace and quiet on the north side of AuTrain Lake.
