This cozy, simple apartment is on the top floor of an original three unit building. It is light filled and quiet, with two generous closets. The area has many bars, restaurants, shops and cafes. There is close access to public transportation. This apartment will lease for one full year and then go month to month after the first year. Upon moving in first, last and security deposit will be collected, as well as any pet deposit. Rent does not include electricity, gas or wifi. That is the tenant's responsibility. Rent does include water. This is a non-smoking building. Parking is on the street. We require 60 days notice before moving out. Although we do not require renter's insurance, we strongly encourage tenant carries it. We are not responsible for damage to personal items or contents in the apartment.
