There are two options for rent: renting a bedroom in the house for $900/month, or for $1150/mo we can share the third bedroom as an office space. Room has a private entrance. House has loads of historic charm and is well-located, it is bikeable to Roosevelt Row. The landlord is attentive and friendly. Yard is well-landscaped with lots of trees and shade as well as a firepit. Wood floors, natural light. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Lease renews 8/31/2026, but I plan to renew. Landlord does not raise rent on renewals as a policy. Pets must be approved by both landlord and current tenant (needs to live well with dog already on property). Property is non-smoking. Landscaping is taken care of by landlord.
