Medium (3-6 months) and longer term furnished rentals are also welcome. Furnished rentals will be given priority over unfurnished rentals. The minimum rental period furnished is three months. The medium term furnished rental amount is $4500/month, variable with the season. Please note the detached garage is not included in any of the rental prices and is held for property upkeep and maintenance. It may be made available on a case by case basis.
