There are two entry doors to the house. One side of the house has 2 bedrooms / one full bath , full kitchen and the other side has a large studio with a full kitchen, king bed , full bathroom. Both places exit on the back patio. I only rent the whole house and I never rent the two areas separated. I have designed the place to be suitable for people traveling with kids, pets, different works shifts and more. There is a relaxing corner for all(-: Short Term ( Less 6 months) rent comes fully furnished and the monthly rate is $4000 with $2000 security deposit. Utilities are included for less than 3 month lease. If you book longer than 3 months lease and it's in the summer months tenant will have to start electric bill on their own. Short term rental / Cleaning fee : $250
