New A/C and Windows in 2020 and 2021. Inside, recent work done to kitchen, primary bath and main bath. Ok with a dog (requiring pet deposit) not into cats. Rental fee includes maintenance of pool and hot tub requiring access to the back yard weekly by professional company as well as monthly landscaper.
Owner will provide weekly pool/hot tub services and monthly landscaping services. House trained dogs are permitted with additional pet deposit of $250 per dog, please no cats. First month, last month and security deposit of $2,500 due upon move in. Tenant responsible for all utilities.
