Please no pets or children.The condo complex has the following amenities: - 2 swimming pools -A tennis court -Quiet neighborhood -Gated community -washer and dryer inside of the unit -1 covered parking spot -You will have your own bathroom I do not allow smoking of cigarettes or marijuana in the condo. If you are on a monthly lease please give me a 30 day notice. If you are on a yearly notice please give me a 60 day notice.
