Hi everyone. I am looking for roommates to fill 1 available rooms in a 4 bed 2.75 bath home located close to paradise valley golf course. This is a rent by the room listing and both rooms are available now. I'm looking for roommates who are polite, clean, pick up after themselves, and are generally good room mates. Clean background check, good credit history, and no past evictions. Standard room price is $775. Utilities will be split with everyone in house and change on a monthly basis. Currently there are working professionals living in the home who have full time jobs, are clean, pick up after themselves, are polite, and looking for like minded roommates. Pets are not allowed.
