The property consists of one hundred and twenty acres 80 of which lies adjacent to the largest BLM in the county and one of the largest in the southern part of the state. This BLM is landlocked and inaccessible to the public. Each year I have had at least 6 people call me that were willing to pay between $3,000-$7,000 a year to access the BLM using my property. The property can be accessed from the south via Boncarbo or from the north, through Fisher Peak Ranch. From the north, it takes about 30 minutes. Included with the property is a fully furnished 12x16 cabin with a 1200 watt solar system (has 9 batteries), high speed internet (via starlink-it will be transferred over), gun safe, wood stove and lots of windows. If properly arranged, the cabin can sleep 5 people (it has a loft). The cabin does not have plumbing except for a urinal. There is an outhouse outside. Also, included in the property is a 23 foot travel trailer that can sleep 4-5. It comes fully furnished (shower, stove, bathroom, heater, propane/electric fridge and tons of storage). It too runs on solar. I have a 40 foot storage trailer and a smaller storage shed. I have prepped for two years for survival including food, water, survival gear, firearms and firearm related stuff (please ask). Everything on the property will be included. I have two generators, Honda four trax four wheeler, 25 hp four wheel drive Kubota tractor with box blade and mower, six 265 water tanks, four 315 gallon water tanks and thousands of dollars of other stuff. You will need a truck or suv to access the property. I have a 6 foot utility trailer and a large trailer for carrying my water (yes water needs to be hauled in).
