    Have access to the MCT Trail System practically in your back yard! 6.2 acres near I-55. Easy and quick access to I-55 both north and south from Governors Parkway, (hwy 143). There are no buildings on the property. The property is currently zoned agricultural and is being farmed. The property advertised belongs to my sister, whose failing health necessitates liquidating the property. Last chance to purchase and take immediate possession as crops have been harvested. Property will be listed with a realtor on 09/18 and this ad will be removed. The adjoining 12.41 acres to the north is also available for purchase or I'm willing to divide into 6.2 acre parcels. We have optionally, decided to divide the acreage (12.48 acres) into two 6.2 acre parcels. This division hasn't been finalized however. The property is located Northwest of the intersection of Pin Oak Road and Blackburn Road. The Parcel ID reflects the entire 12.41 acre parcel however please keep in mind that it would be the first buyers choice whether to purchase the the north or south 6.2.5 acre parcel. Principals only please! Although very nearby, the proposed cost of bringing water under the bike path has been onerous and killed a few deals. I strongly suspect that the cost could be shared and become mutually beneficial, economically, for someone willing to purchase both 12.41 acre parcels.
