There are many restaurants and lots of shopping nearby. It is close to bus transportation and amazingly only 4 miles to downtown Pittsburgh and 9 miles to the Pittsburgh Airport. Also has a very nice private yard. Previous tenant stayed 6 years! Owner pays water/sewage, renter pays trash, electric and gas.
