Third Gem is the perfect home for ISU parents, traveling nurses, teachers coming in for some work at the U or anyone who needs a fun and clean place to stay just two blocks from ISU campus. Our Cape Cod is located on a quiet street with free street parking, spacious living areas, shared laundry and second to none design / vibes. We are professional hosts since 1999 and this is our part time home. We LOVE Poky!!
