Bonus office or yoga studio separate from house. Garden beds negotiable, for those with a green thumb. Storage shed included as well. Quiet and peaceful. Landlord on site. Lease includes all utilities; electric, water, propane, trash and internet. Lease is a one year lease with a month-to-month after the first year. 30-days is required for a move out notice after the first year is completed. A year's lease is enforced for the first year and renter will be responsible for the rent for the entire year. No pets allowed in this unit. Parking available for one vehicle in front of the house. No smoking allowed in house. This house is rented unfinished. 24 hours notice will be given by landlord by email or text or written notice in order to enter home for maintenance or inspection purposes. No guests are allowed to stay at the home for more than two nights without prior approval by the landlord. Payment and security deposit due upon signing of lease and each month will be due the first of each month. Rent will be considered late after the 3rd of the month and subject to a penalties of $50 per day and possible eviction. The landlord may provide a notice of termination at any time during to violation of any of these terms or California laws.
