SHOPPING AND ACTIVITIES It's located a couple miles from Walmart in Sam's Club shopping areas and a few miles from the downtown historical district which will take you about 12 minutes minutes by car, 20 minutes by bicycle and a little bit more to get to the airport and the Port of the Americas, La Guancha harborside entertainment area, Ponce yacht Club and the Hilton Hotel and Golf Course areas. This is a very small studio, so it will comfortably hold one person without pet.
