It has been a bit overwhelming and I so hope everyone has success on their housing journey. While I have not rented it yet, I do have a few applicants currently in process so it will likely be rented soon. This unit is the entire second floor in a progressive, owner-occupied, two-family home in the Highlands. This is also a Covid-vaxxed and boosted house. Please note! Recent upgrades include exterior paint, many new windows, substantial upgrades in the bathroom not pictured, and kitchen cabinets just painted with new hardware, etc. While this is legally a 3 bedroom, I rent it as a large 2 bedroom with an office. It also has a lovely deck! Tenants are responsible for heat/hot water (oil), electricity, and any internet/cable services desired. The house holds heat very well and the last 4 windows have been ordered and should be ready to install in the fall. The unit also comes with a dedicated washer/dryer in the basement and a large storage area. Tenants are also required to have rental insurance upon occupancy. Two spaces allowed for tenants in driveway but must allow me to scoot in during parking bans. I pay for plowing and tenants are expected to shovel their fair share of snow. I provide salt/sand and supplies. Pups and indoor cats are welcome with a deposit per critter and answering some additional questions to make sure it is a good fit.
