The place is furnished, and I am trying to figure out if I want to sublet it to someone or to just terminate my lease and get all of my stuff out. I figured if there's a nurse or a student who is looking for a furnished place for 3, 6 or even 12 months, this could be good for both of us. The sublease length is flexible. Trash pickup, internet and water are included. The tenant is responsible for electricity. There is no smoking allowed indoors. One parking spot. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis (needs to be approved by landlord/their insurance)
