Great storage. It's a large lower unit, feeling very private, well-insulated and cozy, with a mini-split for heating/cooling in each area. Yet it's fresh with screened, operable windows around all sides, and bright because of the very large southern windows that open onto your private patio. (Once the winter frost has passed, more flowers will surround the fountain in your patio too!) - No smoking /vaping on property. (Sorry, no cats please.) Easy parking right at the Roost. - The flat has its own efficient hot water tank so plenty of hot water!
