Shared open-plan kitchen w eating area and dishwasher, living room w fireplace, laundry, lush landscaping, spacious yard, jacuzzi. Must love animals - we've got 2 cats. Bdrm (~9'x10') is fully furnished, including w a tv & several streaming services. Has a big wall-length, mirrored closet and a window looking out at a huge cherry tree. We are generally quiet & spend most of our time in our room, out w friends, often out on the water, or traveljng. We're very laid back and, like many Portlanders, progressive. Roommate 3: An early 30s, chill woman who nannies and works in breathwork, meditation and life coaching. She likes to sing and do a spiritual self-help podcast in her own time. She keeps to herself but is open to hvg roommate gatherings. Need the following from you: Cleanliness. We are clean people and absolutely need the house to stay that way. Respectful, laid back also required. Also must not own a lot of stuff, as the house is at storage capacity. It is desired that all/most of your belongings can fit in your room. You have stable employment and are able to pay rent on time and in full (obvi). You know what's required to make roommate relationships work. I'm hoping to find someone who is willing to be straightforward and authentic if disagreements arise; it would be great if we all contribute to the creation of a comfortable home and are able to laugh and talk with each other, but balance that with doing our own thing too.
