House has a large backyard, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fireplace and a separate refrigerator for tenants use. Room is furnished with a queen bed, dresser and desk/chair. Rent includes utilities. I am a single male and I have my teenage daughter with me three nights a week. For her comfort and safety I am only willing to rent to a female tenant. I prefer a mature, employed and responsible person Who keeps overnight guests to a minimum. Background check will be required with prospective tenant paying for the fee. The home is eclectically furnished with a large vinyl collection and lots of antiques, rugs and handmade furniture. There's a media room in the basement and a large covered porch for relaxing. Property has vegetable and flower gardens as well as chickens. Bedroom is upstairs and bathroom is shared with my daughter. 6 month lease minimum. Late fee of 2% per day past the 2nd of each month. No smoking no drugs no pets. Tenant responsible for helping maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the home.
