There is a standing shower in the Master and a bathtub/shower in the second bathroom. There is also a walk-in closet in the master, and the other two bedrooms have closets with built in shelves/hanging rods. There is a laundry room upstairs with a washer/dryer and ironing board for your convenience. The beds have high quality mattresses and mattress covers on them. There are different bedding options for each season. The house contains central air and an air-scrubber if you have allergy sensitivities. Gas heating and a gas fireplace. The property is completely fenced, the front and back yards for your safety. Upon request can have a Bjorn travel crib available, and books/toys/games. The house was built in 2021, and all appliances are only a few years old. If you would like to hire our house cleaner to come bi-weekly/monthly this service is also available with an extra fee. There is a small grass yard in the back and a hand push mower, you may also pay an extra fee to have someone come take care of the yard bi/weekly. First and last month's rent is required. Renter pays all utilities. No pets are allowed unless specially approved. We can also approve a 2-3 year lease.
